Three Garage Doors Designed for Different Jobs
Rather than installing three identical overhead doors, this garage uses two different door sizes to accommodate a wider range of vehicles.
The 14' × 14' garage door provides the clearance needed for RVs, enclosed trailers, commercial trucks, tractors, and taller equipment. The two 10' × 10' doors are ideal for pickups, utility trailers, side-by-sides, or dedicated workshop bays.
This mixed-door configuration allows owners to assign specific bays to different vehicles, improving organization while reducing unnecessary movement inside the building.
Two walk-in doors provide convenient pedestrian access without opening an overhead door, while four windows bring natural daylight into the interior. On an enclosed building this long, strategically placed windows help reduce the tunnel-like feel common in large garages and create a brighter working environment during the day.
Lean-To Access
The attached 10' × 24' vertical lean-to features large openings with 45-degree corner cuts, creating wider corner clearance than traditional square-post layouts. This makes it easier to maneuver tractors, trailers, and longer equipment beneath the covered area without clipping the corners during entry or exit.
